Camp Adventure
Do you need care when your kids are out of school for a holiday? The Statesboro Bulloch County Parks and Recreation Department offers full day activities (7:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.) for children who are out of school for holidays and in-service days.
There are no refunds or transfers for missed days. We must have 2 business days notice before the week begins in order to provide a refund; we recognize that illness and family emergencies do occur, but we plan staffing and supplies based on number of children signed up each week.
Hello Parents and Guardians,
To help ensure your child’s safety during our Spring Break field trip to Splash in the Boro Aquatic Center, we ask that all parents complete the Life Jacket Form linked below.
Please complete the form even if your child does NOT need a life jacket. This helps us properly prepare for all swimmers.
?? Important: If the form is not completed before the field trip, your child will be required to wear a life jacket in order to enter the pool.
Swimming Details:
- All campers will swim in the 3ft–5ft pool ONLY
- The larger pool (4ft–12ft) may be in use by other aquatic programs
- Certified lifeguards and camp staff will be present to supervise at all times
If you would prefer for your child not to attend the swimming field trip, please let me know. Staff will remain at the campsite for children who stay behind.
