Our Group Swim Lessons are an excellent way to build confidence, learn vital life-saving skills, and gain water safety knowledge—all through a structured, progression-based curriculum. Every lesson is taught by trained and certified swim instructors who are passionate about helping swimmers succeed in a fun and safe environment.

Babies & Tots
For children under age 3
  • This class focuses on water safety and comfort for both child and guardian. Through guided activities, young swimmers begin to feel at ease in and around the water.

Note: A parent or guardian must be in the water with the child during all lessons.

Swim School
For ages 3–14
  • This level teaches essential water safety and foundational swimming skills, helping kids become strong, confident swimmers while having fun with peers. Swimmers are grouped by age and ability to ensure the best experience. All swimmers will be evaluated during their first lesson to assess their current swimming abilities and be placed in the appropriate color level based on the curriculum. 

Stroke School
For swimmers ready to take the next step
  • Designed for kids who have mastered basic swimming and are ready to learn proper technique in competitive strokes such as freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. A great introduction to swim team preparation!
